The Big Dance

Today is the premiere event in hybrid sports, the Hyrox World Championships in Nice, France. You can watch the elite women's race live on YouTube at 6:30 PM Central European Time (12:30 PM Eastern) and the elite men's race at 8 PM Central European Time (2 PM Eastern). If you miss the live stream, it will be available afterward on Hyrox's YouTube page.
