Thanks for bringing up devices. I ruck and the Fitbit is always telling me O should feel off when I feel great or great when I feel off. The devices also are bad at understanding rucking as an exercise which leads to it telling you VO2 Max is declining because it thinks you’re doing a regular outdoor walk without realizing you’re carrying 30 pounds on your back. I tossed my fitbit in a box under my desk.
Yeah, I think they work best for straight running and any kind of variation -- rucking, trails, etc -- things get much worse. I've stopped even logging weight training on my Coros. It barely registers.
